GlassDoor Restaurant brunch tips
Brunch is only offered on weekends from 10:00am-2:00pm: plan accordingly if you want a table with a view because this short brunch window fills up quickly on sunny Saturdays and Sundays.
The Breakfast Burrito is the biggest crowd-pleaser on the menu: packed with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, jack cheese, and guacamole, this loaded breakfast burrito is hearty, balanced, and comes highly recommended.
The pancakes are classic and customizable: served with butter, syrup, and powdered sugar, you can upgrade with blueberries, bananas, or chocolate chips for a nostalgic brunch starter or sweet finish.
Try the Chilaquiles for bold flavor and heat: served with guajillo sauce, crema, and avocado, this dish stands out for its crispy texture and rich, smoky salsa that guests say delivers just the right amount of spice.
Their $15 Bloody Marys are loaded with garnish and flavor: made with jalapeño vodka and finished with candied bacon and blue cheese-stuffed olives, it's as much a meal as it is a drink.
Mimosa bottle service is available for groups: choose from options like Opera Prima, Ruffino Rosé, or Domaine Chandon with juice mixers to build your own rounds without waiting on refills.
Ask for a table near the window or patio rail for skyline views: GlassDoor’s fourth-floor location offers sweeping views of the harbor and downtown—best enjoyed with a coffee or cocktail in hand.
Free valet parking is available with validation: parking in Little Italy can be tough, but guests can valet at the Porto Vista Hotel entrance if space allows. Be sure to get your ticket validated.

CONTRIBUTOR
GlassDoor Restaurant does one thing really well: views. From the fourth floor of the Porto Vista Hotel, it’s all rooftop light and harbor skyline, especially during weekend brunch when the sun spills across the terrace and everything feels like it should come with a slow-motion soundtrack. The service is warm but low-key, and the vibe leans neighborhood casual rather than sceney. The brunch menu keeps things simple. The Breakfast Burrito is loaded with eggs, jack cheese, seasoned potatoes, and guacamole, wrapped tight and filling enough to count as two meals. Their French Toast is classic, buttery, and offered with optional blueberries, banana, or chocolate chips. On the drinks side, the Bloody Mary comes with jalapeño vodka, blue cheese–stuffed olives, and candied bacon, and the Irish coffee is strong enough to count as a decision. Mimosas by the bottle are available if you’re staying a while. GlassDoor isn’t flashy. It’s a low-pressure brunch in one of the better view spots in Little Italy. Come for the sunlight and the quiet, stay for the Bloody Maria, and keep your expectations set to relaxed. That’s the lane it’s in, and it holds it well.
