World Famous brunch tips
Snag an oceanfront seat early: for the best views, ask to sit on the glass or patio side facing the beach. The people-watching and sea breeze make it a front-row brunch experience.
Try the Steak & Lobster Benedict: a guest favorite, this indulgent Benedict layers grilled skirt steak with butter-poached lobster and a rich hollandaise, and it’s just as decadent as it sounds.
The Crabcake Florentine is a hidden gem: this Benedict pairs perfectly crisp panko-crusted crab cakes with artichoke, spinach, and poached eggs, and receives rave reviews.
Brunch runs until 3:00pm on weekends: whether you're an early riser or rolling in post-beach nap, you’ve got time—just know it gets busy from late morning through early afternoon.
Bottle service mimosa deal is a steal: locals love the $10 mimosa bottle service, which comes with your choice of juice flavors and is perfect for sharing with a group.
Don't miss the Carnitas Chilaquiles: simmered in spicy ancho chile sauce and topped with eggs, this dish brings serious flavor and heat without overpowering the rest of your meal.
Parking is validated nearby: they validate up to three hours at the Promenade Parking Garage, which makes driving here less stressful even on crowded beach days.
Enjoy the unbeatable brunch views: brunch at World Famous feels like a mini staycation. The dining room sits right on the boardwalk, and the sound of waves adds to the laid-back charm.

CONTRIBUTOR
World Famous isn’t trying to impress you with molecular gastronomy or $24 toast. It’s here for one reason: that jaw-dropping ocean view that slaps you in the face the second you sit down. I posted up right along the glass wall, watching joggers and boardwalk wanderers do their thing while I dove into the Steak & Lobster Benedict. The lobster was buttery, the steak was surprisingly tender, and the whole plate felt like it had been made by someone who understands what a weekend should taste like. The Crabcake Florentine is a sleeper hit, and the Beach House Pancakes don’t need a filter. They're topped with shaved coconut and fruit that actually tastes ripe. Service was warm without being clingy, and the mimosa bottle service is dangerously easy to say yes to. Honestly, if this spot charged for the view alone, I’d probably still pay it. Get here early, grab a window seat, and don’t forget sunglasses—brunch hits different when you’re staring at the Pacific.
